IN MEMORY OF “MISS CHARLOTTE”

Charlotte Neale died on March 1, 2007.  She was 83 yrs. young!  Charlotte, better known as “Miss Charlotte” to her many friends and admirers, was quite active in the SCR – WOCN in the late 1970s and the 1980s.  Those of us who knew Charlotte had many funny, interesting memories of this true lady of the South.  She was an ET nurse with the Oklahoma State Health Department.  Prior to this time, she was a nurse with Liberty Mutual Insurance.  After retirement from the Health Dept., she worked part-time with the Salvation Army.  She was always willing to help when needed.

Charlotte was born in Ada, OK, and was married to C.C. Neale of Texas City, TX.  Both Charlotte and C.C. enjoyed traveling.  Charlotte continued to travel and even went to South Africa with a group of ET nurses.  She loved an adventure.

Charlotte, you will be missed!
